Returns Policy

Overview.

Goods must be returned in unused and uninstalled condition with original packaging must be intact (no writing or damage). Our refund and returns policy is valid until 30 days of dispatch. If the 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please your Tax Invoice, sokit.rokit@gmail.com and details outlining your request for a refund, or why you are looking to return our product.

Once your return is received and inspected by our friendly team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of our assessment, which may outline an approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original card used at the time of purchase.


Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, you should contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sokit.rokit@gmail.com so we assist you with your enquiry.

We offers customers who have received a product with a major fault the option of a replacement or refund. Australian Consumer Law deems a major fault to be when a product:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
  • Has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them.
  • Is significantly different from the display or description.
  • Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or It is unsafe.

Customers do not have to return faulty goods in their original packaging in order to obtain a replacement or refund if the goods are deemed faulty or damaged prior to installation.


Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Stopshock Industries – PO Box 752 Dalby QLD 4405. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We encourage our customers to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
